You may now follow the process to register your company information, including contact details and ABN.
Register your employees and book training
Step 1 > Login to the system by selecting the Login button at the top of the page. Select to Manage Roles and Add New Employee to enter your employee’s personal and contact details if they are new to Pegasus. If they are already in the system, you can search for and select them.
Step 2 > Checkout and pay for their Pegasus card, which costs $50 + GST per card. Renewal costs $30 + GST annually. The cards will be printed and sent to your nominated address for site access.
Step 3 > Select continue to Add New Role.
Select the role 1. Card Application Only for each of your employees working for Sydney Metro. This role ensures everyone has a Pegasus card and number before attending TAFE training.
You will be prompted to upload the following documents for your employees:
- Photo ID
- Work Safely in Construction Industry (White card)
- 100 Point ID check form / SMIC application form
For experienced and qualified workers, please refer to the Sydney Metro role matrix on the FAQ’s, Course Information and Documents page to identify the competency and training requirements. You may apply for all other roles if you hold the required competencies and statements of attainment.
Step 4 > Once the card and role application has been approved you can request a booking for your employee into the relevant courses for their roles with TAFE or RTO. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request booking. Please note: contractors will need a Unique Student Identifier and a Pegasus card to book training.
Step 5 > Sydney Metro will assign their role and add competencies once training is complete
